EnviroGuard PRO™X + Consumables Plan

Welcome to VBreathe! These Subscription Terms and Conditions outline how EnviroGuard PRO™X + Consumables Plan works and your obligations as a subscriber. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:


1. Subscription Overview

  • Subscription Cost: $79 per month for 24 months.

  • Inclusions:

    • 1 x EnviroGuard PRO™X Air and Surface Sanitiser (valued at $1,590).

    • 2 years’ supply of filters and gels (16x Purox Gels and 4x PrimeProtect Filters, valued at $1,956).

    • VBreathe Care+ Premium Warranty.

    • Filter and gel refill packages are delivered every 6 months (4 x Purox Gels and 1 x PrimeProtect Filter).


2. Payment Terms

  • The first payment of $79 is charged immediately upon purchase.

  • Subsequent payments will be charged on the same date each month to the credit card nominated during checkout.

  • Payment Adjustments:

    • If you wish to change your nominated credit card you can do so by logging into our subscription portal


3. Ownership and Subscription Duration

  • The subscription is for a 24-month period.

  • Upon completing all 24 payments, the subscription concludes, and the EnviroGuard PRO™X becomes your property. Additional filters and gel packs can be purchased separately as needed, or via an ongoing subscription at $39/month for filters and gels.


4. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your subscription before completing the 24-month term, you will be required to pay:

    • The remaining balance of the product price plus the value of the gel pack and filter refills received.

  • Cancellations must be requested by contacting health@vbreathe.com.


5. Product Deliveries

  • Gels and filters will be delivered every 6 months to the shipping address provided during checkout.

  • Address Changes:

    • You can update your shipping address by logging into our subscription portal at any time.  

    • Any changes to the shipping address must be made at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment.


6. Warranty and Support

  • Your subscription includes the VBreathe Care+ Premium Warranty, ensuring your device is protected throughout the subscription term.

EnviroGuard PRO™X + Consumables Plan

1. What does the subscription include?

  • EnviroGuard PRO™X Air and Surface Sanitiser (valued at $1,590).

3. How do the payments work?

  • Your first payment is charged immediately upon purchase.

  • Subsequent payments are charged on the same date each month to the credit card you used during checkout.

  • You can make changes to you payment method and delivery address at any time via our subscription portal.


4. Can I cancel my subscription early?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time; however:

  • You will need to pay the remaining balance of the product price and the cost of gel and filter refills received.

  • To request a cancellation, email health@vbreathe.com.


5. What happens after the 24-month subscription ends?

Once the subscription is complete:

  • The EnviroGuard PRO™X becomes your property.

  • You can purchase additional gels and filters as needed from our store.


6. How are gels and filters delivered?

  • Gels and filters are delivered every 6 months to the shipping address provided at checkout.

  • Each package includes 4 Purox Gels and 1 PrimeProtect Filter.


7. What if I need to update my shipping address?

  • You can update your shipping address by logging into our subscription portal at any time.  

  • Any changes to the shipping address must be made at least 5 business days prior to your next scheduled shipment.


8. What if my subscription payments fail?

  • If a payment fails, you will be notified via email.

  • To avoid interruptions, ensure your credit card details are up-to-date via the subscription portal.


9. What is VBreathe Care+ Premium Warranty?

The VBreathe Care+ Premium Warranty provides extended coverage for your EnviroGuard PRO™X during the 24-month subscription term and access to our priority support. For full warranty details, contact health@vbreathe.com
