Repair & Returns
We recommend you read our Repair and Returns Policy prior to you making a purchase of a VBreathe product, so you are familiar with our policy on returns and repairs and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our Repair and Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law which is contained in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act and similar laws. All products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not doing what it is supposed to do, is unsafe or is significantly different from its description/sample, then you may be eligible for a replacement, exchange, repair or refund (where applicable).
Once you receive your VBreathe product, we recommend you immediately check it to ensure whether there is a problem with the product. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your product, you should notify us as soon as possible.
If a product has a minor defect, we may provide a repair within a reasonable time. If we cannot repair the product within a reasonable time, then you can choose a replacement, refund or store credit. If the product is assessed as having a major failure you may choose to return the product and receive a refund or an VBreathe product credit or receive an identical replacement (or one of similar value if reasonably available to us).
Change of Mind and damage that is not our fault
Please choose carefully as we do not accept change of mind returns or because you have found the product for sale at a cheaper price than what you paid.
Products that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear, misuse, failure to take reasonable care or failure to use in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions are not considered to be faulty.
Returns and Repairs
If there is a problem with your product, please contact us at health@vbreathe.com so that we can consider your concerns and the appropriate next steps. We will ask for the order number and a full detailed description of the problem, and possibly ask you for supporting photographic evidence.
Cost of returns and process
If your product is faulty, and we believe that you are entitled to a remedy under a manufacturer’s warranty, or if we have breached a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer law, we will bear the cost of return postage. Otherwise you will have to pay the cost for returning the products back to us. You are nevertheless entitled to recover reasonable postage costs if the product is confirmed to have a defect later. Please keep the receipts of any shipping costs you incur.
Please do not attempt to return a product before speaking to us (as you may be responsible for associated expenses where your product is found not to be in breach of warranty or in breach of any statutory rights that you may have).
How to return your product
If you are returning your product under this Repair and Returns Policy, we will provide you with the address for returns when you contact us at health@vbreathe.com to process your repair or return request.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are protected from damage or loss in transit. Returns that are damaged in transit may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We recommend that you pay for tracking or product insurance.
Products returned for repair will be assessed and/or repaired within a reasonable time. You may be provided with an indicative repair time, which time may vary due to reasons beyond our control, including the availability of parts. We may supply refurbished goods rather than repair defective goods, or use refurbished parts in the repair of defective goods.
Where we agree to replace a product, the replacement product will be shipped to you at our expense after we have received your returned product.
If a product is replaced, your replacement product becomes your property and the returned product becomes our property. When a refund is given, the returned product becomes our property.
Shipping
If you have an enquiry about an existing order, please email health@vbreathe.com or reply to your order confirmation email.
We aim to process your order within 5 working days of your order being placed (excluding pre-orders). Please note, this time frame can change based on peak sale periods and holidays.
If your order will take longer than the 5 working days, you will be contacted via the email used to place your order.
We offer free shipping Australia wide. International charges may vary.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please allow for 24 hours for tracking to update with any information.
Delivery
Delivery times can vary depending on your region. The estimated delivery time frame for customers within Australia is 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.
International delivery estimates are 7-14 working days from the date of dispatch. Orders being shipped outside of Australia may be subject to tax & duty charges when entering the destination country.
Please note we have no control over the amount of these charges, as customs policies can vary widely. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. For further information on charges in your local area, we would recommend contacting your local customs office.
All shipping times may vary due to seasonal volume, weather, and, for customs/duty processing for international deliveries.
Manufacturers’ Warranty
This Warranty (Warranty) is provided by VBreathe Pty Ltd ACN 614 372 628 of Level 5 / Tower B, 799 Pacific Highway, Chatswood NSW 2067, Australia (“VBreathe”, “us” or “we”). This document also sets out important safety and handling information.
- What does this Warranty cover?
We warrant that the VBreathe Tasman product (the Product), the rechargeable battery cells and rechargeable battery packs (if supplied) and any spare parts for the Product are free from defects in materials or workmanship during the relevant Warranty Periods set out in paragraph 2 below.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Warranty excludes, restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, guarantee, implied term, right or remedy pursuant to Australian Consumer Law and which may not be so excluded, restricted or modified. For such conditions, terms, guarantees, and warranties that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, we limit the remedies available to the extent permitted in the relevant legislation.
- What Warranty Periods apply?
The following warranty periods (Warranty Periods) apply:
- This Product comes with a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase;
- Rechargeable battery cells and rechargeable battery packs (if supplied) for the Product come with a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase; and
- Spare parts are warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 30 days or the remainder of the Warranty Period of the Product in which they are installed, whichever is longer.
- How will a valid Warranty claim be honoured?
If you submit a valid claim under this Warranty, we will, at our option:
- give you a replacement Product; or
- repair the Product
All component parts removed under this Warranty become the property of VBreathe.
- What is not covered by this Warranty?
We will not be liable under this Warranty, and to the extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any defect, loss, damage or injury arising out of or in connection with:
- a failure by you to adhere to the warnings and follow the instructions set out in this user guide;
- wilful misconduct or deliberate misuse by you of the Product;
- any external cause beyond our control, including but not limited to power failure, lightning or over voltage;
- any Product from which the serial number has been removed;
- modification to the product or services carried out on the Product by anyone other than VBreathe or VBreathe’s authorised service provider.
- How to make a claim under your Warranty

- A customer support team member will verify, after troubleshooting with you, if your product qualifies under the Warranty. If so, they will give you a Product Return Authorisation number.
- We will then email or fax a Return Authorisation form and a Repair Notice (if necessary), together with instructions on how to return the goods for warranty service.
- Please note if a customer support team member advises that your product does not qualify for return, this Warranty will not apply to your Product. Products that are authorised to be returned to VBreathe in Australia must include all of the following:
- A completed Return Authorisation form
- A copy of your Proof of Purchase
- The faulty product, including all accessories
- Send approved returns to VBreathe at the address specified in paragraph 5(a).
If your product is faulty, and you are entitled to a remedy under this Warranty, we will bear the cost of return postage. Otherwise you will have the pay the cost for returning the products back to us. You are nevertheless entitled to recover reasonable postage costs if the product is confirmed to have a defect later. Please keep the receipts of any shipping costs you incur.

Important Information about this Warranty
- Extends only to original purchaser
This Warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable.
- Repair Notice
Please be aware that goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods or parts of the same type rather than being repaired.
- Spare Parts
Products distributed by VBreathe are manufactured using new materials (or new and used materials equivalent to new in performance and reliability). Spare parts may be new, or equivalent to new.
- No change to this Warranty
No change to the conditions of this Warranty is valid unless it is made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of VBreathe.
Safety & Handling

General use
- The Product contains essential oils, sensitive filters and electronics. Only use as indicated. Do not let children handle the device. It is not to be used as a toy.
- For indoor use only. Do not use outdoors or expose to water or rain. Do not immerse in water.
- Only charge the Product using the charger provided.
- Do not block the air intake or exhaust.
- The Product’s HEPA filters should be handled with care, avoid touching the filter media when changing the filter.
- Switch the Product off before changing the filter. Take care not to touch the internal fan.
- Use in extremely dusty or polluted environments will clog filters quicker than indicated.
- Handle and use the VActive Gel according to the instructions on the VActive Gel container.
- The VActive Gel contains essential oils. Keep away from children and pets, keep away from eyes, ears and nose. Do not ingest.
- Should you experience any sensitive or allergic reactions to the vapour emitted from the Product then discontinue use immediately.
- Use of the Product in high temperature or humidity may use the gel quicker than indicated.

Battery & Disposal Information
- This Product contains a Lithium Polymer (LiPo) battery and should be replaced by VBreathe or an authorised service provider.
- Do not attempt to disassemble the product or remove or replace the battery.
- Please dispose of your device responsibly and recycle where possible.
- The Product should not be disposed of in household waste.
- Please return the Product to VBreathe or a recycling collection point for safe disposal.
- Regulatory
This Product has been tested in accordance with FCC, CE and RCM requirements.
- FCC Compliance Statement
This Product complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operations subject to the following two conditions:
- This Product may not cause harmful interference; and
- This Product must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
